Specification support
Basis-of-design language, available source documentation and project-specific submittal inputs for the design professional to review. The project architect remains responsible for the final specification and assembly.
Material & source identification

Range & selection management
Range boards, dry-lay photo review and approval workflows help the project team define and maintain the accepted visual range. Final acceptance authority remains as assigned in the contract documents.
Source inspection & selection
When included in the written scope and permitted by the source or processor, we coordinate block selection at the quarry, production checks at the processor and packaging review before freight—adjustments at the source, not at the end of the project. These observations are not engineering, fabrication acceptance or a warranty.
Processing & fabrication coordination
Qualified independent processors are selected and coordinated for the project scope, schedule and technical requirements. Shop & cut ticket support connects drawings, tickets and stone before cutting; the processor or fabricator retains responsibility for dimensions, means, methods, engineering, tolerances, workmanship and warranties.
Packing & freight
Crating standards, carrier coordination and delivery sequencing are aligned to the construction schedule. The written quotation identifies who contracts for freight and who carries responsibility for loading, transit, unloading, storage, damage and schedule risk.
Supply planning & scheduling
Lead-time planning is tied to the construction calendar, with compression options when milestones slip upstream. No option or delivery date is committed until cost, capacity and approval effects are confirmed in writing.
The service scope follows the supply path
Alabama White begins with direct Sylacauga supply. A globally sourced stone requires a confirmed commercial channel. An owner-direct purchase requires written coordination with the architect, contractor, processor and installer.
